From checkout to your door

Orders placed by 12 p.m. Pacific on a business day start processing the same day.
Packed and shipped
Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.
Tracking sent
We email your tracking number the moment your order ships.
Delivered
Standard arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Express in 1 to 2.
Coverage
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We don't ship internationally right now.
- Ships from our distribution partner's warehouse, straight from stock
- Orders may arrive in more than one box if items come from different product lines. You won't pay extra for that
- Express may not be available to PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii
- Weekend and holiday orders start processing the next business day
Problems
If something goes wrong
We'll work it out with the carrier so you don't have to.
Arrived damaged
Take a few photos of the box and the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Tracking stalled
If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, let us know and we'll chase it down.
Marked delivered
Check with neighbors and around your drop-off spot, then contact us and we'll open a claim.
