Return most unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Size swaps

Swap unworn gloves and garments for a different size of the same item within 30 days.

No restocking fee

Once your return passes inspection, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

The rules

What you can send back

PPE is personal safety equipment, so the line is simple: unworn comes back, worn doesn't.

You can return

  • Items that are unused and unworn, with tags and original packaging
  • Gloves and garments you've only tried on indoors, with no signs of use
  • Wrong items, or items that arrived damaged or defective

You can't return

  • Gloves, clothing or other PPE that's been worn on the job or shows signs of use. That protects the next buyer
  • Items cut to length or made to order

How it works

Contact us

Reach us through the contact page or email sales@arcguardsupply.com with your order number and the items you're sending back.

Get instructions

We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for those before you ship, so your package can be matched to your order.

Ship it back

Pack the items securely, in their original packaging if you can, and ship them with tracking.

Costs, refunds and warranty

Return shipping

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? You cover return shipping. Our mistake, damage or a defect? We cover it.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of inspection. Original shipping is refunded only if the error was ours.

Damaged or wrong

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll send a replacement or a refund.

Warranty

If a product fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll work with the manufacturer on a claim for you.
