How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and check out. You can check out as a guest or create an account so you can track your orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay. You'll see every available option at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped, we can usually change or cancel it. Once it ships, you can send it back under our returns policy.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping and delivery

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $8.00, and express shipping is a flat $15.00. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
How long will my order take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping then takes 3 to 5 business days, and express takes 1 to 2.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States. We don't ship internationally right now.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, you can also sign in to check your order status.
Why did my order arrive in more than one box?
Items from different product lines can ship separately. You won't pay extra shipping for that.
Returns and exchanges

What's your return policy?
You can return most unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for how to start one.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. You can swap unworn gloves and garments for a different size of the same item within 30 days.
Can I return gloves or clothing I've worn?
No. PPE that's been worn on the job or shows signs of use can't be returned, for safety and hygiene reasons.
My item arrived damaged or it's the wrong item. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

How do I find my glove size?
Wrap a tape measure around your hand across the palm, then match it to the chart in our size guide.
How do I find my jacket or shirt size?
Measure around the fullest part of your chest and from the back of your neck to your wrist, then check the size guide.
Do sizes fit the same across every product?
Fit can vary by product and style, so check the product page as well as the size guide.
What if I'm between sizes?
Talk to a welder before you order. A quick call can save you a return.
Products and safety standards
FR, arc ratings, standards and glove types.
What's the difference between FR and arc-rated clothing?
FR (flame-resistant) clothing is made to resist catching fire and to stop burning once the flame source is removed. Arc-rated clothing has also been tested against electric arc flash and carries an arc rating in cal/cm². Arc-rated clothing is FR, but not every FR garment is arc-rated.
How do I know which safety standards a product meets?
The product page lists the standards the manufacturer states for that product, such as NFPA 2112 or ASTM F1506. If a standard isn't listed, we don't claim it. Your employer's hazard assessment decides what protection your job needs.
What's the difference between stick, MIG and TIG gloves?
Stick gloves are usually the heaviest, built for high heat and spatter. TIG gloves are usually the thinnest, so you keep feel and control of the filler rod. MIG gloves usually sit in between. Browse welding gloves to compare.
Are your products new?
Yes. Everything we sell is new from the manufacturer.

Can I order for a whole crew?
Yes. Send us the item numbers, sizes and quantities through our bulk order page and we'll put together a quote.
Do you sell by the case?
Some items come in packs, like gloves sold by the dozen pairs. See bulk and business orders for case quantities and quotes.
Do you offer business accounts or payment terms?
We're setting up business accounts. Contact us and we'll let you know what's available for your company.
